Why cant u donate false teeth?

Ok seriously I know many people think this is a joke, but Can u donate false teeth? Im sure they can be sterilized %26amp; refitted for someone that cant afford them! Ive had false teeth for many years and therefor have many pairs that no longer fit. Id be glad to donate them somewhere.Could the teeth be removed %26amp; used again in a new setting as to cut the cost for someone else? Id love to get a serious answer! Thanks! I hope someone knows of a place where this may be possible! Why cant u donate false teeth?
false teeth are made after taking ones impression. It fits only that person. It becomes costly to remove old false teeth %26amp; fix to a new base. Why cant u donate false teeth?
are you kidding?
The teeth on dentures are cheap to make, so there's no economic incentive.

The dentures themselves aren't reused because the denture sits on the ridge in your mouth, and everyone's ridge is shaped different.

People also bite down differently and the height at which they bite all the way down is different as well. So you can't use someone elses dentures because of all these factors.
It would be rare indeed if a denture could be adjusted to fit another. The teeth used in dentures may be acrylic or porcelain; the acrylic teeth bond to the denture base and would not be feasible to reuse. The porcelain teeth are retained mechanically by gold pins and small holes on the underside. These porcelain teeth can be popped out by heating and softening the base. Dentist and the Dental Labs do often use the unbroken teeth to replace ones that are broken and or lost when doing repairs. So, yes, if you have some unused dentures, drop them off at a Dental Lab or a Dentist office that does repairs.
Every mouth is different %26amp; they won't fit someone else. Cheaper to buy new teeth than to remove those %26amp; they would be worn so occclusion would be off!! Doc W
No because all those teeth are custom made. they wont feet except in your mouth.
