ill just paste what i did for someone a while ago who asked if you can wear mascara with them.. here you go! i messed up my firstcouple of times trying with them but settled on this way....
if you get a good quality set (neednt be expensive), this is my method to get the most out of them:
make sure eyelids and lashes are completely clean and residue and oil free. after removing all makeup, wash eye area with warm damp flannel, then thoroughly pat dry face.
apply the falsies exactly as instructed on the packet, leave to dry then lightly curl at the base (with your own eyelashes) and carefully apply one coat of good, non-clumpy mascara. for the best way to hide where the join is (and also to get a sex kitten look) use liquid eyeliner along the eyelid, close to the base of the eyelashes and flick out a bit at the edges! do the eyeliner thing before mascara, to make it easier!
this is assuming you want them for going out and a bit more dramatic eye makeup, not everyday use, as this will definitely give you super-sexy eyelashes!! to all those people who say dont use mascara on false eyelashes cos it will ruin them...use better falsies!! u need mascara to properly blend the fakes with your own lashes!
use a gentle eye makeup remover before removing the lashes with the stuff they give you to take em off! hope i helped xxxx sorry for the REALLY long answer!

They look good if u do it right and they wont mess with your contacts if u do it right, when you put them on make sure they are glued well and just put a little bit of black eye liner on top so they look natural

Ouuu i love fake eyelashes. But i only wear them to like weddings, photo shoots, and i dont use them for everyday use.
If you were thinking of wearing something for almost everyday use, then i would reccommend the individual flare lash strips, cause you wont feel anything. And they are more comfortable, and u can always add hair where you actually would wanna put them.
And if you are wanting to look glamorous for a photo shoot or a date then use the...feathered ones they are absolutely beautiful.
But yeah no they wont hurt you, you just have to apply it carefully and correctly. Use a pair of tweezers and never rush it. Putting them inccorrectly will irritate your eyes. But yeah you should be fine when wearing contacts. And fake lashes wont hurt, itl'll just feel prikly and ticklish, when applying it wrong. Have fun =)
you have to make sure you don't irritate your eye with the glue and it will rip off your real ones. Just wear mascara
first. DO NOT USE A LIQUID ADHESIVE. Honestly, worst mistake of my life. IT was horrible and seeped into my eyes. they where on fire for hours. Get a glue that comes in a tube. If you are using high quality single lashes, you will need to talk to a professional for best results. otherwise, grab a set and jsut try to place them as close to the lash line as possible.
