OR SOMETIMES WHAT THEY DO IS GIVE YOU THE OFFERS LIKE SO N SO IS YOUR ELGIBILE MATCH N YOU CANN'OT CONTACT THE PERSON UNTILL YOU PAY UP. THESE SITES ARE REALLY DUMB. AS FOR YAHOO PERSONAL..
