True or false?Microbreweries who say that they make all-natural beer with only ';the 4 ingredients'; are lying.

I was recently told by a person at a major Canadian brewery that it's impossible to make a beer that anyone would want to drink and only use water, malt, hops and yeast. Even the so-called natural beers have other additives. Could it be so?True or false?Microbreweries who say that they make all-natural beer with only ';the 4 ingredients'; are lying.
sounds like a bunch of shiit to me

I make beer as a hobby and only use malt extract, hops, grains and yeast. sometimes I use irish moss to settle out the beer but that is a natural seaweed.

I am sure the big brewers use some synthetic compounds to hurry the beer along but they have to.

I dont and also do not filter my beer.

it is perfectly safe to drink homebrew and taste BETTER than any beer on the grocery store shelf.True or false?Microbreweries who say that they make all-natural beer with only ';the 4 ingredients'; are lying.
Some friends from high school started a micro-brewery that became very successful, and they make some of the most flavorful beer you will ever taste with only the basic ingredients. It's the quality that matters.

Molson tastes like moose pee because moose pee on their mash.

If you ever get to Massachusetts, try a Wachusett. No additives or flavor enhancers whatsoever. They had to start pasturizing their beer only because of state/federal regulations. Natural as it gets boys and girls.
yes, I think... they use all 5 ingredients
false
true
If it is all natural all you need is water, barley for the wort, hops for the flavour and yeast to make the sugars from the barley to make alcohol and that is beer in a nut shell.

And to the one gentlemen who refered to Canadian beer in a unfair manner, once you have tasted our beer, than American beer is like soda water stored in an old beer can.

We have hundreds of micro breweries in Canada than make some of th best micro-brews in the world.
