The presence of absolute qualifiers, such as always or never, generally indicates a false statement. T or F?

The presence of absolute qualifiers, such as always or never, generally indicates a false statement. True or False? Can someone explain if they say true or false. The presence of absolute qualifiers, such as always or never, generally indicates a false statement. T or F?
