Samsung G600 Computer Disc - Does it Really Contain Trojans or is it a False Positive?

I loaded the disc to go with the phone %26amp; my anti-virus program caught 2 Generic Trojans off the disc %26amp; will not allow updates from the site which are now in quarantine (though I don't know what to do with them now !)
